Home Consultations provide excellent, hands-on support so you can feel confident in your ability to use your settling technique to its maximum potential.
Your sleep consultant will be by your side, guiding you through each process; from setting up the room so it is conducive for sleep to talking you through the settling process in real time.
We make changes along the way so that you can have the best plan and become confident in acheiveing your goals.
Day-Time Home Consultation
As part of your consultation you will receive:
- A sleep assessment to determine your concerns and what goals you would like to achieve
- 2 hours in-home, hands on guidance
- Hands on settling demonstrations
- Personalised sleep plan completely tailored to your family's needs
- 4x follow up calls/text/emails
- Analysis of sleep logs prior to follow ups to help keep track of your progress and make changes as needed

Evening Home Consultation
As part of your consultation you will receive:
- A sleep assessment to determine your concerns and what goals you would like to achieve
- 3 hours in-home, hands on guidance done over bedtime
- Hands on settling demonstrations
- Personalised sleep plan completely tailored to your family's needs
- 4x follow up calls/text/emails
- Analysis of sleep logs prior to follow ups to help keep track of your progress and make changes as needed
