Once you have purchased this Consultation you will receive an email containing a sleep assessment. Your Consultant will then contact you to discuss a time and day for your consultation to take place that is suitable for you both. 

In this Consultation you will receive the following: 

-A sleep assessment to determine your concerns and what goals you would like to achieve 

-30 minute once off phone consultation

-Information regarding your chosen sleep training technique

Please note: this does not include a sleep plan or follow up support
