Once you have purchased this Consultation you will receive an email containing a sleep assessment. Your Consultant will then contact you to discuss a time and day for your consultation to take place that is suitable for you both. 

In this Consultation you will receive the following: 

-A sleep assessment to determine your concerns and what goals you would like to achieve

-3 hours in-home, hands on guidance 

-Hands on settling demonstrations

-Personalised sleep plan completely tailored to your family's needs

-4x follow up calls/text/emails
